Google is the world's most popular search engine began as search project in 1996 by Larry Page and Sergey Brin who were two Ph. D students at Stanford University. They developed a search engine algorithm that ranked web pages by how many other pages ranked to each page.
The strategy produced more useful results than any other search engines this led to rapid increase in Google's search.
1. Google Search - This allows you to get information of your choice. While on your browser simply type on the address bar anything that you want google to lookup for you. Or type "www.google.com" and you will be able to find the information you want.
2. Google Photos - This is one of my favorite google services. This allows you to store your images and albums, it has plenty of options.
4. Youtube - This is the video sharing services that allows users to watch videos posted by other users. The service was started as an independent website in 2005 and was acquired by Google in 2006. The Youtube slogan is "Broadcast Yourself" implies that Youtube service was designed primary for ordinary people who wants to publish videos they have created. Youtube not only is used by ordinary people but also companies yuse Youtube to advertise their products.
Anyone can upload a video on Youtube but to do so you need to have a Youtube channel CREATE CHANNEL
5. Google Drive - this amazing Google service allows you to store and share files online. Google gives you free 15GB storage space, after that you can purchase storage base on your needs. Google Drive provide central place to store your files online, this then allows you to access those files anywhere and on any device. You can store audio files, documents, videos, textfiles, adobe photoshop projects and lots of other files formats.
6. Google Maps - Maps and directions. Google also provided a visual representation of the world using google maps this allows you to search for places and have a general view of the area and gives you direction on how to get to those areas. Also allows you to find useful information on the area such as Hotels, Petrol station, restaurants, sports grounds and bunch of stuffs, click the link to explore more about what Google maps offers. Google maps is available for mobile and the web.
7. Blogger - This service allows you to share your personal feelings. And an online journey that allows users to create posts for visitors to read. Google offers free Blog services using Blogger. Anyone can own a blog and its very simple to share and your thoughts or ideas.
8. AdWords - Advertising services for advertisers. Advertiser pay to display brief advertising within the google contents. This allows you to improve your internet marketing. By using your Android smartphone you can view and monitors yours ads performance. This also allows you to increase your online traffic.
9. AdSense - This is the advertising service for Web Publishers. This allows publishers to place advertisement on their blog or website such as video, texts image or interactive media targeting to site contents and audience.
10. Google Chrome - Faster easy and secure web browser for smartphones, tablet and pc.
11. Google Translator - This is one of the biggest service that Google offer. That allows allows you to translate words, phrase and webpages between English and over 100 other languages. Hindi to Mandarin, Swahili to English.
12. Hangout - This service offered by Google allows you to communicate with family and friends by sending them messages, voice or video calls for free. It's an easy way of communicating but you both should have Hangout or google account to use this service.
13. Google Plus - is an internet based social network owned by Google. Google plus is an awesome place for publisher to share their contents as it attracts traffic to your site. The slogan is "Get way into what you love" available at www.plus.google.com
14. Contacts - is a free contacts management service offered by Google. It's available in its email services Gmail as a stand alone. You can't lost your contacts if you store them on Google Contacts as they are being Synchronized by your Gmail Account.
15. Google Calendar - Is a time management and scheduling calendar services owned by Google. It was released on April 13 2006. Its available on web and on a mobile device as a mobile apps for the Android and iOs. This allows you to make plans for your events and manage them. Such as Birthday etc.
16. Search Analytics - is a service that tracks and report website traffic. This is now the mostly used Website Analytics tool on the internet. This allows the Webmaster to know how many number of people visit the website and the activities that are taking place on the website.
17. Google Search Console - Manages the activities on your website such as track your site search performance, number of clicks and most visited pages on your website, check indexing status (Number of pages appear on search results) and optimize visibility on your website. To use this service you need to first verify site ownership
18. Google Play Services - is a proprietary background service and API(Application Programming Interface) package for Android devices when firstly introduced in 2012 it provided simple access to Google+ API and AOuth but since then it has expanded to cover large Google's services. This allows applications to communicate with the service through common means.
19. Play TV/Movies - allows your to watch movies and Tv shows on your smartphone. This allows you to download movies or Tv Shows on Google Play Store and watch them here or you can also search for movie while on the app and enjoy the service.
20. Google Doodles - This service allows you to find the best time for any event. Google Doodle is an internet calendar tool for time management. Scientific discovery, history and so on.
21. Google Docs - This service allows you to manage your documents. You can easily store your documents on Google drive and access them anywhere.
Not only these Google also offer plenty of other services not mentioned ablove. Google also provide devices such as Smartphone, Pixel etc.
